I added myself to operator from admin and now i can't change back. Please help!

from your server's console while you are in the server, type:

ulx adduser harambe admin

or ulx adduser harambe superadmin

whichever group you are.

If you are not the superadmin and don't have access to the server's console, you'll need to have one do this for you.
