Glitched up Motd

My motd is glitched up and when i try to replace it. It stays as the last one and i don't know how to fix this! Please Help!   :-\

My ULib/ULX versions:
ULib v2.51
ULX v3.62

Game mode(s) I am having this problem on: Sandbox

actually this is exactly what is happening to me the motd simply wont change
maybe it is stored in a cache file or something
