Help With Admin

I know you all are going to say,"Oh help with adding admins, he needs to look at the sticky." Well it didn't help. I had admin on my server less than 24 hours, then left to get an admin skin, came back, admin wasn't working. The adduser command didnt work from server and game console with the rcon password! With multiple server restarts! I even checked the names and steam IDs in users.txt. If anyone has had this problem and has solved it help would be greatly appreciated.

It specifically has instructions that ask you to provide us information.

We wouldn't be so quick to tell people to read it if the ones that say they read it actually followed the directions
