Also, where did you get the skins?  I downloaded a few but they seemed not to work.

I just download random ones via gmod.org-- I'm not real knowledgeable on the status of derma skins in gmod.
Did you put them in the right spot? I ended up sticking mine in the garrysmod/lua/skins/ folder.

I did end up getting them to work after reading that post a second time.  The Skins come in a derma folder and they don't tell you that you don't need to extract the derma folder.  Unless that derma folder was for a older version of gmod.


EDIT:  You also need to have it update the groups after removing a player from a group.
