I guess I'll start a style sheet from scratch for IE and see how far I can get with that lol.

Well, got it working. IE doesn't like the use of multiple classes on one element so I had to throw some ID's in there. all better.

New results for Firefox, Chrome, and IE below :)
The images have a lower quality in the screenshot than the actual page. I did that to make it smaller to post here.

Update:
     -User registration complete
     -User login complete
     -Players tab complete for now
     -Access rights setup in the database just need to make the interface
     -Logout button lol
     -Landing page if page=blah is incorrect
