Title: Hitscan weapons freeze game in multiplayer and a separate Lua issue

Hitscan weapons excluding HL2 default weapons freeze the game for a good 3 to 5 seconds in multiplayer games. Singleplayer works fine.

I also have a separate issue regarding a mail (http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php/topic,7268.0.html) plugin I use that recently quit functioning properly. Whenever the mail GUI is opened it spews out this error:

I have uninstalled Parakeet's Pill Pack however the issue persists. Any help would be greatly appreciated in both manners! Thank you.
