I think (and since my coding is still horrible), the reason the opposite command isn't working is because you have an
Code: [Select]
elseif not should_revoke.
I don't think that is how the opposite command works.

But as I say, I can't code (yet).

Just remove the # from the for i = 1, #target_ply.

Back up your server and do a clean install of Garry's Mod, then add ULib and ULX and test to see if the MOTD is working.

If you read the OP I state that I am renting the server so it's impossible for me to "uninstall" GMod. Also, I have already removed all addons from the server.
Please read before posting "answers".

He means reinstall it, not uninstall it.

Regarding the motd, chances are your motd is set to go to that page. In the ULX settings there is a place to set the motd url.

It's a setting you can change.

I think it's in the ulx menu -> settings -> server -> ulx general -> "echo admin commands".

Change that to whichever one says about the admin name.

Wait, did you remove your perms to add perms to groups?

If you did, well.. good job.

Try adding yourself to superadmin, and try from there (unless you removed perms from superadmin).

By any chance did you modify the file "motdmenu.lua?"

Also, can you please attach the file? It should be located in addons -> ulx -> lua -> ulx -> modules -> cl -> motdmen.lua

Yes, jailtp is a ulx command.
But he's wanting jail to go to a previously specified position.

Again, I'm pretty sure I've seen this discussed before, and likely answered, either in releases or dev corner.
Don't re-invent the wheel if it doesn't need to be, unless of course it has indeed not been invented.

I recommend reading the entire thread (it's only two pages), including all comments, as the usage might be a bit weird.

I've never added it to my server yet it's there.. I think.

There were 2 gmod updates - make sure you installed both.

It's also possible that the update broke a function / hook. We'll have to see what the update broke since we'll never live to see a day that gmod doesn't (wow there's actually a censor..) itself when updating.
