Need help to find a addon

Hello, i have a sandbox server.
There are chat tags (e.g. "[Admin] | Creep: Hello") and i want to remove them.
I have deleted the Addons from my server and from the collection but this tags are still there.
Could anyone help me to find the addon which do this?

The Asian Aimbot:
"Colored chat tags" seems to be it. It's still in there. You may also want to check the server directory for Apple's chat tags or for that matter any chat tag addon if removing that doesn't fix it.
