AAgh.. So what is best ulx? And then how i goinna download ULib and where to put everything  ;D ;D im newbie on ulx things so help ??? ??? ??? ???

Just follow the readmes and you'll be fine. The best ULX is the newest version.

Newest is best only if you have GM10. :)
If you're still one of the unfortunate and have gm9, get ULX 1.13 and ULib 1.2 from our download archives.
