I can confirm that this does NOT happen with a clean installation of GMOD and ULX/ULib with Sandbox and no other addons.

I can also confirm that this doesn't seem to happen with a fresh/clean install of GMOD and ULX/ULib as well as a clean unmodified version of TTT.





At this point.. I am willing to bet that this is certainly not an issue with ULX.

I reinstalled it and it didn't work. Then i got my server host to install ulx and it worked so i don't know what was happening.
