command to disable OOC on a certain player in DarkRP

Hey so I was wanting a command that can disable OOC for a certain person, meaning they can't talk in the OOC

This is not something that we would add to ULX because it's gamemode dependent. You might have more luck with a community modification. I'll move this topic to Off-Topic and maybe someone will help you out there.
