How to create custom !gimp messages

How do you create custom messages when people are gimped? Have seen it before but have no clue.

There should be an option through the XGUI. I'll double check for you in just a moment.


Edit

Just navigate to the settings tab, go to server and click "ULX Gimps" and just add and remove at your leisure.
