Sandbox Playermodel Restriction

Is there any way to restrict certain playermodels for admins only?
I tried to use pointshop for this, but it prevents me to change model's color and bodygroups.
Also tried Vermilion adminmode, and it worked (!), allowed me to restrict PMs by user group or something.

Not in ULX by default.
