My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):

Game mode(s) I am having this problem on:TTT
My Problem is, that i wants, that a Clangroup called X is able to add user to the same group, but the group x isn't allowed to add user to higher groups like admin or superadmin...
My groups are: Superadmin - Admin - fatality - bots - user
moreover, admins aren't allowed to add user, too! if i give them the permission to use the "ulx adduser" command, they'll also able to give superadmin!
what am i doing wrong?
