Adding More Groups to the Damagelog Menu

My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):
ULib v.. Unnecessary
ULX v.. Unnecessary

Game mode(s) I am having this problem on:

I know that there's a specific lua file that holds all groups that can access the RDM manager and you have to give them a 1-4 score to determine their permissions but I cant find the lua file, anyone know it?
