Where can i find Vehicle Ban?

So... I've been playing on many different servers. Some of them arent even close to eachother to playstyle. But the thing is my server really needs some kind of Vehicle ban to stop stupid people who cant drive cars. My friend is currently moderator on a server which has "Roleplay" and "Roleplay (Case System)" in the ULX Menu. Does any of you smart people know where to get it?

Also if you have any good ulx custom commands or other please link me... I will be more than happy to receive a bit of help here :)

I've never heard of the menu you're looking for.
