Need help setting up ULX

Need help setting up ULX
Normal user can't spawn props.
Anyone wanna help me out?

ULX has nothing to do with props - we only control group access.
You'd need to find the thread of the release or gamemode that may be affecting props (even if it's a ulx addon)
