This is what it says in the instructions but I dont really understand it:

Put the folder "MateMacGlob" in the ftp of you web hosting.
Now go to www.yoururl.com/MateMacGlob/MateMac/?steamid=%s,
If you get your loader, it's installed.

BUT you need to configure it. So go to MateMacGlob/MateMac/index.php,
open it with for example sublime text and start editing the code.

1st You need a Webserver Such as Apache or a Webhoster such as BPlaced

2nd You unzip and Upload the Loadingscreen ( everything in the folder which includes the index.php ) via FTP to your Webserver

3rd Configurate the Settings at the givven file ( Such as Background music, Staff Team, News etc.)

4th You are done! Just set the sv_loadingurl variable to <yourwebserversurl>/?steamid=%s

Ethan, if you do not have a web server that runs php code, you can't run whatever that script is.
Do you have a web server? (not just Gmod, but, a address you can type in a web browser, like, we use www.ulyssesmod.net as our front page...that's our server hosting.)
Does it run PHP code? (PHP is a server side scripting language, sort of like GLua is for Gmod client and server side).

From what I can find using Google searches and of the enjin.com forums, enjin doesn't allow user controlled PHP/server side code.

Well it worked while back .. i don't know if it still works but hey he can still use BPlaced or Square7 or Hostinger etc.

Can you please explain to me what I need to do on hostinger? I dont really know what to do

1st: Create an account
2nd: Download FileZilla ( GIYF )
3rd: get your ftp data ( should be shown in the Panel when you log in )
4th: Open FileZilla and enter above the FTP data
5th: Drag and Drop the files in the folder with the index.php on the server
6th: Setup the LS like said in the addon description
7th: Done! Get your URL ( mostly <username>.hostinger.<tld>/<loadingscreen folder with the index.php> ) and set it up in your server.cfg by adding sv_loadingurl "<URL>"
