Perma Banned but not in config

So i banned someone perma then i reinstalled ulx... So i cant unban him now i have deleted data files, deleted ulx and stuff
I really need help. my Server is darkrp ShadowServers

Though we store additional information about bans, permanent ones are stored in standard gmod files, which, removing ULX won't do a thing to help.

Hi,

You are using DarkRP I saw... did you also /unban <SID> him? Cause it may bee that you also banned him with FAdmin. I could tell you if you attached an Ban message.

If that doesen't solve it please send some more Information like Did you Disable FAdmin?, Ban Message etc.
