Disabling /job command in game

My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):
ULX v.3.7.1

Game mode(s) I am having this problem on: Star Wars RP

I wanted to be able to disable players from creating custom job names on the server to help prevent mingery, how can I do that and display a message saying that they can't?
