Adding Admins Using steam id

can you help me out i cant seem to figure out how too add super admins using steam id i need help because i am a total noob to this ulib thing i don't understand a thing about it

how do you add groups like superadmin anyway i dont know how to do that eather

Overkill,
 Though the video doesn't clearly point out, our ulx_readme.txt does... when using ulx adduser, you must use it from the server console if you are not a listen server host, OR use your server rcon access (NOT ULX RCON) to use this command.

Once you've added yourself (or other admins), you/they must rejoin the server.
