How to add a blacklist

So, hard to explain. But i want to add in a blacklist system, where when someone is blacklisted from lets say weapons, they cant use weapons for a certain amount of time, in want this for weapons,physgun,toolgun and NLR for darkrp. Is there anyway?

For something so specific, you would need to code something custom yourself or get someone to do it for you.

But to answer your question, of course there is a way!

You can do just about anything you can possibly imagine in lua if you are skilled enough to write the code.
