Can't connect for a few minutes

Not ULX related, but does anyone else have an issue where you can't connect to any servers for a few minutes after you start Garrysmod? I mean, everything else works, Steam, Teamspeak, anything else that uses Internet, but I can't connect to a server unless I launch the game connecting (from Steam Server's browser).


Anyone else have this issue/fixed this issue? It's really annoying -.-
