Groups can add users to groups above them. (Including Themselves)

Hello! I have slight issue with ULX. I setup my permissions, but my ranks that have the permission 'adduser' can still set users to ranks above themselves. Any ideas why?

My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):
ULib v2.63
ULX v3.73

Game mode(s) I am having this problem on:
DarkRP

By default, players with 'ulx adduser' can add themselves to any group they want. You have to make a whitelist of groups they can add themselves (and others) to.

You granted access "ulx adduser" with tag "* <owner,superadmin,co-owner>" to group co-owner
You added Mr. Magoo to group co-owner
You added Mr. Magoo to group superadmin

Still didn't work.

That'd be wrong anyways, you're giving them access to all ("*"). Use the !menu to help you. For the group, go under User Management, find "ulx adduser" and the box on the right that says whitelist groups. Edit those and put in all the groups you'd like.

Also, are you adding someone else to superadmin or yourself.
