Im superadmin but not getting all the commands

My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):
ULib v..2.63
ULX v..3.73

Game mode(s)DarkRP
I have made a garrys mod darkrp server recently and i i have been met with a problem. yesterday i set it all up fine and i had access to everything however i went on today and all the commands are gone from "!menu" i added myself back to superadmin and it didnt change and i reinstalled and nothing changed. Please help. JWEBBZZ

When you reinstalled, did you remove the data files too?

Try doing a factory reset on your ULX. Follow the instructions in the FAQ.
