How to allow Custom Ranks to spawn weapons through the Q menu

I'm Having a problem trying to get my Owner rank to spawn in weapons through the Q menu I was wondering if there was a way to make it so they can with out inheriting to the superadmin rank?

If the Q menu item you're trying to spawn requires admin (or superadmin, which in Gmod by default inherits admin powers), no.
This is why we time and time again do not recommend an owner "group", as all scripts written for standard Gmod, including it's standard spawn menus, expect superadmin to be the highest group.
