can i upload my addon list? and tell  me if you think an addon is doing it? i cant disable every addons because then nobody can play...

We see your add-on list with the debuginfo. But there's so many add-ons it could be any one of them. It's tedious but if you don't want the server to keep crashing that's the best way to.

I will try delete on small groups... I can't delete every because i will lost players. Also, the playermodels can't be right? They only have .mdl files etc... And the weapons? Another thing what i finded and can help is that:

It could be any addon. Even player models.

Please stop posting your errors. The errors could be unrelated. Unless you get an error RIGHT before it crashes, it likely isn't going to help find the addon.

I have given you the way to fix it. You might not like it.. but it's the only way.

This process might lose you players, but your server crashing all the time probably isn't going to help either.

You should be trying to run a stable server. Getting rid of unnecessary addons, and especially finding any trouble ones is how you do that.
