What files store the ranks?

Hello, my server's FTP password got bruteforced and my data folder got deleted... Anyway I have a second testing server with all the same ulx/ulib data and I was wondering how I can import all of the users and etc back. Pls help.

I tried data/ulib/users.txt and it didnt work

data/ulib/users.txt stores your users and what group they are in.

data/ulib/groups.txt stores the actual groups.
