Everytime I log into my sever I get demoted

My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):
ULib v2.63d (10/09/17)
ULX v3.73d (11/05/17)

Game mode(s) I am having this problem on:
Dark RP

Whenever I spawn into my server, I am always set to the user group. I have made myself a group called "owner" and it used to work perfectly fine. I would spawn in and I could use all my powers. Not, for whatever reason, every time I spawn in, I lose my rank. Anyone one any fixes?

Are you saying that if you disconnect and reconnect you lose access? Or is it only when the server changes levels?

Yes, whenever I disconnect from my server then re login I lose my powers as admin. 

Megiddo:
Make yourself an admin, then post the output from "ulx debuginfo".
