Notarget?

Hello,
i'm asking whether is there a function that enables the "Notarget" cheat (enemies can't see you and won't attack you)? I already found ulx_god, which is rly useful for me, as there is no other option go get cheats to work on gmod 9.04.

You can change all the enemy relationships so they think you're a friend. Functionality like this may very well be in Ulysses, I want to get my hands dirty in AI again
