ok i got my ip steam id thing addUser STEAM_0:0:563225 right i go to ulx_users it says

Is that finished is that like everything i have to do to become admin  on my dedicated server?? or do i need to type it in like console or client side :S the ulx_users is like got my user id and permission
what else do i need to do? when i join i type ulx_who says user id etc then end of list
how i fix? im trying beta now repley soon plz.

 ??? ??? ??? ???the beta doesnt work for me i need the ulx_init to make it work then it dont work so im sticking with 1.0 but can some one show me what there ulx_users thing looks like?
plz so i can mimic it that way i no i am doing it write plz ok thanks admin who helped before but i still need more info ::)
