Need help with command. !showid

Hey so I am trying to create a custom command

i am using ulx tsay colored. I just want to know how I can make the command have a parameter.

!showid Dimitri Lucido

chat : [SHOWID] Dimitri Lucido

anyone know where I can start or if you can help that would be nice!

I think he means show a players Steam ID in chat with the !showid "player name here" command..
