How do i grant premission to a certain group

My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):
ULib v..v2.63d
ULX v3.73d


Game mode(s) I am having this problem:DarkRP

The real problem is that i cant access the groups tab in the ulx menu ingame as superadmin (default rank) i was wondering if there was a way to grant permission via web console or something. or do i need to reset all the ranks.

NVM i just needed to remove the ulib and the ulx files under garrysmod/data and then add all the permissions back and it was all good
