Follow all the steps in the FAQ "having trouble with access"
If after all the steps don't work, one of them tell you how to give us more information, if, and only if, the first few steps don't work.
Until all steps are complete, it's difficult to fully help.

Lethal:
If you have access to web console do
ulx groupallow superadmin "ulx groupallow"
and when you do that you can add all the permissions back. :)
