ULX not recognizing me as superadmin

i have been running gmod servers off and on for years now and this is the first time this has happened

i promoted myself to superadmin to get perms going and i dont have permissions

ive reinstalled ulx and have demoted and readded myself

This is odd. When you reinstalled ULX did you just reinstall the addon or did you remove the files in the data folder too?

Also, might you have a conflicting admin mod like FAdmin?
