desprate help please!

my server need paying for to renew soon but if i can't get at least MY admin sorted then its gonna not continue, i need a format thats easy to under stand using steam id, i dont get how to formatt even after reading the instructions 50 times over, and do i need groups?

You don't need groups, and the format is straight forward. Check out the format.txt file under addons/ulib/data.

but i need to know exactly how to format a superadmin wite imunity using a steam id the formatt isnt imple to me

If it isn't obvious then just use "ulx adduser <part of name> superadmin 1" while connected as a superadmin, or in the server console, or through RCON.
