How do I force swap a players team? Prop hunt

Hi, I wanted to ask how I could force swap a players team to balance the game out. I was told that I needed to install a addon if so can you please link it. I tried looking in the facepunch forums but sadly they are shut down.

SkyScraper - ULX does not manage teams for any gamemode. We only control group access to administer a server, and access to specific group commands.
Though there may be an addon to do that for you, it would have little to do with ULX, other than perhaps only work for higher level groups to prevent abuse.
