Table that stores group names

Is there a table that stores the names of all the ulx groups? For example, something like ulx.groups would return "user", "superadmin, "admin", etc.

Yes! It is

ULib.ucl.groups

The key is the group name, the values are info for that groups.. inherits, allows, etc.
