ulx pmute all players

Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to use a command for mute chatbox all the players on my server.
ulx pmute, but for all players without having to do it for each player individually.
Is there a command or code that allows permanent mute chatbox automatically without having to type a command or add a code.
Thank you for any help or information you can give me.

ULX has no permanent chat mute. (and Pmute is not made by Team ulysses)
