Admin Swep

Hi i have a short question!
How can i activate the Sweps only for Admins?
I think i must change some in a ini or lua.

Thx for help. ;D

Look in sweps files and change that:

SWEP.Spawnable
SWEP.AdminSpawnable

Where can i found it?
