hi um i accidentally changed myself to a admin now i cant change myself back to a super admin what do i do?

Same way you added yourself to superadmin in the first place.

it says   You do not have promotion to do this when i type   ulx adduser "name" superdmin   i think it is bc the admin role cant do give roles

No, it usually means you are not doing it from SERVER console. You MUST do it from SERVER console.
If you are running server from Gmod desktop game and that command is not working, then you need to use steps in final paragraph and delete users.txt.
