Customize ULX Echo and the Silent Message

Hello! my ulx echo is set to 1 so ONLY superadmins and admins are seeing the nick of the calling_ply, i want to made that the ulx group coowner and operator too see the nick of the calling_ply. Where can i do it?

Next question: I would like to make the silent message itself visible only to the player and no one else, if I remember correctly all people in the same rank see it.

To add people to be able to see names when logecho is set to 1, give them the "ulx seeanonymouseechoes" permission. It's located under "Other" in the menu.
