heya peeps i was wondering how u set up the ulx mod so that only peeps can remove/move there own stuff i know u can do it i just dont know how okay cya.

It's possible, but would be very hackish in the current ULX, since the whole prop system is hackish to begin with. That's actually one of the reasons I wanted to start from scratch on v2  ;)
