Well i don't know..be sure to download latest server files from hlds

Rich, you say this happens on two or three different servers you have set up.
It doesn't do it on others you have not set up?
Does it happen to anyone else besides you on any server you had problem on?

No it seen to be on servers i host
other server i go on it works find

What file?
Delete your garrysmod server.
Delete your garrysmod
Re-install Garry's mod server.
Re-install Garry's mod game/client.
Don't add any addons.
Join your server.
Try it. If it's broken..it is something beyond our control.
Add ONLY ULib and ULX, using ULX 3.11, to your server.
Try joining again. If it does it, see if there are errors in console of server when you try it.
Add ONE addon at a time. Check for errors each time.
Rich, you are the only person to report this problem. It's something on your end..we're not sure what.

Anyway that did not work.
when the server is all setup with ULib and ULX and if i add anything to it
it all works with no errors
Just the physics gun will not rotate i do not get it.
Here the bad new i got garry him seft to look at it and he does not no whats going on
to him its setup all right.
Now i am not giving up at all on this
I got it down to one thing The files that run on my dedicated server
Now the files are setup on the server so when someone buys a server for gmod they install the same files and they have had the same rotate thing going on in there server
So maybe i have not got the right ones or my one is messing some thing
So can anyone get me a link for gmod 10 dedicated server files maybe one that you have used so i know it works and are there diff ones i am sure i have seen a v9.00 and a 9.04
But not sure
