Deathsol, you are correct (Megiddo was mistaken, Send Menu works, but only if you have newer version)
Send Menu 1.1 doesn't work with ULX > v2.
As this forum name is titled "Releases for ULX v1.*", and as this STICKY even says, it is my understanding that  versions 1.1 and less won't work with ULX v2.

For ULib, and ULX v2, you probably want Send Menu v1.2 in the ULib Releases section
