Having the 'user' user group twice?

Hey all, I know you have reported this bug to me, and I've seen it myself as well... but, I went to investigate the problem and I can't figure out how to duplicate the bug.

Can anyone lend me a hand in duplicating the bug? Thanks!  ;D

From the lack of replies, apparently it isn't as big of an issue as I thought. ;)

for me it happens if i add a operator via ulx adduser dunno if its still im not adding much people :P
