I want to ban someone

Hey, I was playing on the server and a guy named police came in. And he wanted to be a cop and ppl voted no.. So he got really mad started trapping everyone and spawning containers at the spawn! And the day after.. today he came agian and wanted to be a cop again.. but we voted no again so he turned mobboss instead! But then out from nowhere all our props got deleted. And he got really mad (as did I since I used 2 hours to make a base)
and he started traping people again! So I trapped him to make him stop! And he starts saying to the admin "BANN JOHAN SMITH!" So .. yeah.

Johan,
 Ulysses HQ isn't an RP server.
I can't find anyone with the nickname containing 'police' in the logs over the past 3 days.
Nor can I find your IP address joining our servers.
We don't control all servers, only two..

If you were on any other server, you'll have to find the forums/server admin of those other servers.
