SpaceBuild2 bug and noclip

Killers:
With spacebuild 2 their is planet only noclip option. This allows players to noclip when inside a planet but not when outside also with sbox_noclip 0 it still lets you nocliip  ???

 ULX doesn't have/allow non-admins to noclip unless they use the "ulx noclip" command.
If you have UClip, another addon made by Megiddo, (not part of ULX), then remove it for spacebuild2.
If not;
1) Some other mod is causing this.
2) you've somehow edited your groups to allow users to have 'ulx noclip' access,
3) you have a much larger problem where you've given admin access to all your players.
Even if reasons two or three I gave were somehow true, they would all have to type console 'ulx noclip' or chat "!noclip" individually to get noclip access if sbox_noclip 0 were set.

What the heck? Why'd you post this in SVN? You don't even make any mention of running any of our work, go talk to the other devs if you want help with their work.

* JamminR chuckles.I presumed he was running ULX with Spacebuild two and blaming us for his problem.

Well the planet only noclip works fine without ULX installed so yea i am guessing its a bug with ULX and i posted it in SVN cause i use the SNV vershion
