Access problems after update to 3.2 (Ulib v2.1)

After cleaing out the Ulib, ULX, and asociated /data folders I uploaded the new ones to my dedicated server, now uTeam isn't showing my team in the scoreboard and I have no access to any commands.
I have added myself to the superadmin usergroup in the default garrysmod users file in ./settings and used the rcon to add myself to the usergroup superadmin through ulx, the result being that the scoreboard now shows my team as being superadmin but I still don't have any access to the commands.

That means that for whatever reason, it can't read your groups.txt file. It might be a missing quote, a missing bracket, etc. I don't have time to figure out exactly what's wrong with it, so I suggest you just remove the groups.txt as well as misc_registered.txt so it will regenerate the file on its own.

This brings up  a good point though, we're seeing more and more corrupt files... we should add error correction or error detection...

Right, after completly stripping ULX and ULib out for a second time (including data folder) I reinstalled and booted it up with the default settings, both users.txt and groups.txt the default ones and my name/id in the GM settings users file.
This seemed to work fine, I was found to be in the superadmin group, the scoreboard colour changed and I had access to all the commands, below is the debuginfo when using the default file.

When I changed over to the groups.txt in my previous post it went back to being unable to access anything and printed out a debuginfo the same as above, anyone got any idea whats going on?

Atleast I know now that its something to do with the edited groups.txt
