The ULX Builder - Version 1.0

This is a program I wrote that will assist you in creating a properly configured users.ini (The file that determines who is an admin)

This is only for people who need to add admins using the STEAMID method only. This will not work for listen servers. (Servers run through gmod)

All instructions are in the zip/rar.
